Where we deliver

We currently deliver across Georgetown and surrounding areas in Guyana. Coverage expands regularly — check the app for the latest zones.

Delivery fees

• Base fee: GYD $600 for the first kilometre.
• Additional distance: GYD $300 per extra kilometre.
• 14% VAT and a 12% service fee apply to your order subtotal.

Delivery times

• Estimated times are shown on each restaurant card and during checkout.
• Typical window: 30–60 minutes from order confirmation.
• Times can be longer during peak hours, holidays, or bad weather.

Your responsibilities

• Provide a complete, accurate delivery address.
• Keep your phone reachable so the driver can contact you.
• Be available within 10 minutes of arrival.

Failed deliveries

If the driver cannot reach you after multiple attempts within 10 minutes, the order may be marked as failed. See our Refund Policy for what happens next.

Safety

Drivers carry food in insulated bags. Please inspect your order at delivery and report any issues right away.
